Artist Profile

Born in Shanxi Province, China. Graduated from Xi'an Chinese Painting Academy in 1988, and served as Vice President of the Shaanxi Painting and Calligraphy Art Research Institute in 1995. Came to Japan in 1997, conducted research and created landscape paintings of the 'Shikoku 88 Temples Pilgrimage,' and established a studio in Tobe Town, Ehime Prefecture. Completed ink landscape paintings of all 88 temples of the Shikoku Pilgrimage in 2021 (23 pieces). Has held numerous solo exhibitions in various locations. Currently serves as: Director of the Overseas Cultural Promotion Association of the All-China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese; Member of the Shaanxi Province Artists Association; Vice President of the Japan Chinese Literature and Art Association; Executive Director of the Japan Chinese Artists Association; and Vice President of the Ehime Prefectural Federation of Overseas Chinese
