Founded in 2001, the company opened its flagship gallery at TERRADA ART COMPLEX II in Tennoz in 2020. In 2024,
it will open "gallery UG Osaka Umeda" and "Annex".
It has exclusive artists, operates the atelier "Studio MOKU" and "Kobo", provides production support and nurtures young artists.
It aims to raise the value of Japanese contemporary art and give it a new position in art history.
