Established in 1998 in Tokyo, primarily handling contemporary calligraphy and ink-based Japanese paintings.
Since 2000, the organization has mainly participated in art fairs in Europe and the United States.
In 2018, it participated as a special collaborator in the exhibition "See, Know, and Feel – Contemporary Calligraphy" at the Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum (mainly regarding works exhibited by Sogen Chiba). In 2020, Sogen Chiba’s large-scale calligraphy work was added to the LACMA (Los Angeles County Museum of Art) collection.
